Terms of use
sinpe.info is a directory for payment destinations you already have. It is not a bank, not SINPE, and it does not move money. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What this service is
You can save a SINPE Móvil phone or a bank account (IBAN, plus the account number if you want), then build a profile or a link so someone else can copy those details and paste them in their bank app.
The agreement is between you and the operator of sinpe.info. Costa Rican law applies.
What it is not
- We are not a financial institution, e-money issuer, or payment-service provider.
- We do not take part in the Banco Central de Costa Rica’s SINPE system.
- We do not affiliate phone numbers, run transfers, or confirm that a number is live at a bank.
- We do not give legal, tax, or financial advice.
Your account
You sign in with email only. The access link expires quickly; there is no password.
A phone you save is a payout destination, not your identity. You are responsible for the inbox you use and for what your account publishes.
Numbers you publish
Only publish destinations you own or have the right to share. Anyone with the profile or link can open it. “View once” is not a lock: someone can still copy or photograph the screen.
Check bank, currency, IBAN, and account number before you send the link. A typo can send money to the wrong place. We never hold the funds, so we cannot reverse a transfer.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for fraud, phishing, impersonation, or to publish someone else’s accounts.
- Do not attack the service, scrape other people’s data, or bypass an expired or view-once link.
- We may suspend an account or a link if there is abuse, a credible complaint, or a legal order.
Availability
The service is free and provided as-is. There may be downtime, formatting mistakes, or changes. A link is not guaranteed to live forever, even if you did not set an expiry.
Liability
To the extent Costa Rican law allows, we are not liable for mistyped transfers, stale numbers, a forwarded link, or what a bank or third party does with details you chose to show.
If a court still awards damages, the cap is what you paid us in the last twelve months (today: nothing; the product is free), except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Contact and changes
Write to support or soporte. Both inboxes take the same requests.
We may update these terms. The date above is the one that counts. Keeping the site after a change means you accept it.
